Entirely too long of a wait to have a 7:00 am appointment. Too many people waiting too long in the waiting area. Too long on having to get an oil change.However my advisor Cassandra has Excellent customer service.

I came in looking for a Telluride after searching for one for months. I met Marcus and he found one for me an said it would come in about a week later. I was excited but a little skeptical because I had been looking at other companies, that had been saying they had one and get out there and they didn't actually have one. Marcus assured me an kept me up on arrival times. My truck came in about 4 days instead of a week. I am very pleased with the service I received from Nalley an would recommend this company to all my friends an family. I will buy again from them.
