Our agent, Diamond Brown, took time to explain something to me about my vehicle I didn't know. My vehicle had a second starter put in. By way of the key fob. A self start which drained the battery and kept the car from starting with a key. In other words the previous owner had installed a second starter so the engine would start w/o having to get into the car (remotely) Diamond Brown also advised me on the purchase of a new remote and programming. Thank you Diamond.
