No Sanitizer for hands in site. Everyone that entered the facility should wear masks that includes staff and customers.

The service and staff were friendly and had jokes had a great time.

My experience has always been very good. The technicians and Cassandra have always been very helpful and nice. The only thing I can complain about is making an appointment does no good. Do away with appointments and have it, first come first serve.

Good service

I was looking to test drive and then buy a Kia Telluride, a hard-to-find car at this point in 2020, and I was coming up empty everywhere. Multiple dealerships had told me they had one for me to test drive, but when I got there, they had none available and tried to sell me another car. Thankfully, I contacted Nalley, who not only allowed me to schedule a test drive right away on the phone, they also happened to have the Telluride I wanted coming in stock. It wasn't the color or exact specifications, but since they were so hard to find, it would do. I immediately put down a deposit and was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. A week later, I was able to find the exact Telluride I did find at another dealership, so I called up Nalley and told them. They said it was no problem, and they'd return my deposit immediately. I just don't see service like that much anymore. I'll happily take my business to them in future, and I would recommend them to everyone who would listen. I dealt with Stan and Israel, but I'd imagine everyone is as genuine as they were - if you're looking for a Kia, go to Nalley!

When you have a schedule appointment it seem that you should be able to walk right into your appointment , instead the waiting time is long. However the customer service is very good.
