My appointment time was 10am and my car wasn’t taken back to be serviced until 11:20 (after I complained). However the staff was very professional & polite, and I appreciated the 10% discount for the wait, so I’ll give this service center another try.

Cassandra is an excellent advisor and greets me like family every time I bring in my vehicle. The Maintenance Tech Antonio Cadina is an amazing part of the team over at Kia , Everytime he has my vehicle he gets with me after the service and actually explains what I had done to the car and explains the issues . Very satisfied.

My service agent Diamond was fantastic! Very helpful and answered all the questions I had. If I was able to suggest one thing, I would suggest that for the customers who make an appointment they should be serviced at the time selected. My appointment was for 7am it was well after 10am before I was out of there. The car wash I received was horrible. As I left the lot there was a haze over my front window. Thus, i had to rewash my car once I got home.

My appointment was scheduled for ten am arrived a bit early was there for four hours . what was my service ? Two tires and front end alignment. Diamond the young lady at check in is always pleasantly nice. But something has to be done with the wait time maybe staffing promblem
