It was great, Jay was my advisor and he was absolutely amazing. Kept me informed and up to date and was just a pleasure to have compared to my recent and past experiences with the other ladies there. I was argued with and then had a dark skinned girl named Margaret or Mildred wave me off and just completely rude and disrespectful and was sent to the service manager Jay who really saved the day.

It was smooth, a scheduled appointment was cancelled & they were able to get me in. I waited for my car to get an oil change, took a nap in the lobby & it was ready! Everyone was very friendly.

My experience was generally good. After my car had been there for 5 hours I called to see if there was a diagnostic for what caused the check engine light to come on. Had significant difficulty getting the service advisor or service manager on the phone. Phone kept rolling to voicemail. One voice mail said she would get back to me in 24 hrs. This part of the process needs improving.
