Excellent service. My service advisor, Cassandra is amazing! I received an email reminder, but BEFORE accepting my 30,000 mile inspection, she answered ALL of my questions. She offers a welcoming attitude/atmosphere. Very professional, attentive & knowledgeable

I was Very Pleased as I Have Been The last 3 Nalllley Kia Visits. DIAMOND was a Very Pleasant and Joy to Work with Lady so early in the morning. Her focus was me and my vehicle and I couldn't tell DIAMOND enough. how much I Appreciated her..I had a Serious problem and was not sure I would make it to the Dealership.I Knew I was leaving my car in Good Hands. They have Solved Every Problem I brought to them at Nalley Kia.I Appreciate Their Services.
