I was greeted by a very courteous gentleman upon arrival. He took my information and explained how much time it would take for my car to be serviced. The total time was less than the time stated.

Service Advisor Mark Grimm was amazing! From I entered the service station I was greeted warmly by him as he stood by his computer. Mark was very friendly, and patient with me as I explained the issues with my car. He was very informative, open and honest, no attempts to oversell me on things I did not need. My waiting time was super excellent! Mark told me 2 hours and I was out in 1& 1/2 hours, which made me so happy to make my next appointment. When I got my car back, it was washed clean and shiny!! Mark is an excellent representation of Nalley Kia and their awesome customer service. I will definitely reccomend this location as #1.

Customer service was great, really nice and polite employees, answer any questions I had, really like getting the texts about the appointment time and date, and the texts about what else needed to be done

My experience at Nalley Kia today was great. My advisor (Marshun) was very professional and very courteous. I was acknowledged immediately, which is exceedingly important to me. I really enjoyed the waiting area (with the tables and chairs), because it provided a clean, nice place for me to read my book, while I waited. This was my first time there; I will come back again. Thank you.
