I have taken my car other places trying to save a dollar but most of the time the other mechanics mess up something or dont know how to do something. Nalley tells you what wrong and you have a choice of fixing it.

Tyler In service was amazing. He kept me updated via text. I had no problem with getting to one destination to the next because of the services offer through Lyft. Great customer service by him! I had to come to Kia under bad circumstances but Tyler made the transition smooth. Thank you.

Your service department staff is always polite, patient , extremely helpful and accomdating . I can always count on them to help me. I could go other places to have my services done but right jiw I truly trust this service department.I also love how the staff greets you when you walk in and whomever you want works with you to the end. Marshaun R. is my go to person shes always helpful.
