I had emailed with Marshun before I went in and she was responsive with estimates and scheduling. The service technician was extremely good about going over the car with me including a loose tie rod that he found when checking my 2012 Sorento. I greatly appreciate the information he gave about the vehicle's part warranty work and status. The final work done was much lower in cost than another dealer told me I needed. When I'm treated this well I become a steady loyal customer. Thanks, Nalley! I trusted you for over a decade with my Nissan before this and will now with my Kia.
