The service was great. The service personal was great. The time of checking in and KIA service seem like they was ahead of time, not long at all, probable 45 minutes services. Seem like KIA could send out some coupons to your customers. Will come back.

Everyone in the service department treats me like family. There is no other place I’d take my car to. Ms Cassandra, Marshun, Tyler, Bill, and everyone else who’s names I can’t remember are the BEST service team ever! Their customer service is impeccable!

The representative Tyler keeps me coming back, not KIA. She is Awesome customer service and accommodating when the wait is long even when appointment is made. KIA needs to step up maintenance for us no longer under warranty.
