Excellent customer Service!

I must say that this is the 1st time that I walked out of a dealership with a smile! My car buying experience was seamless! The service was awesome! My salesman was superb, and the whole experience was just fantastic! I was not haggled, I purchased the car that I wanted, and there was no pressure to buy! My salesman allowed me to take my time and he was very patient with me. Kudos!!!... to all the staff at Nalley Kia at Stonecrest!!

I showed up on a Saturday with no appointment and the service department took me right in and got me on my way quickly. I had recommended service options that they took care of as well as the issue that brought me in. I love Nally Kia and their service associates are the bedt!

It was unbelievable how well things went at the dealership. I had the best Sales Professional, Marcus Booker. He was the kindest person that listens to what you want, and try his best to accommodate your needs and wants. Everyone wanted to put us in a 2010 or 2011 vehicle to finance. However when I called and spoke with Mr. Booker he was able to have me approved over the phone, with emails and other correspondence. Once I arrived that evening, I was able to drive off with a 2020 Kia Optima. I was so happy! THIS WAS THIS BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Everything I wanted in the vehicle, i was able to get! Now I refer everyone looking for a car to Marcus Booker, he makes it happen!
