As usual this location is the best for service. Everyone is so attended to the customers need, and very Professional and Nice. They text you to keep you updated. While waiting I’m comfortable in their lounge.

In no particular order. 1. 1 hour turn around time on a busy morning. 2. Explained WHY a requested service was NOT needed. 2B. Did not complete the service instead. 3. I lost my cell phone and the check in rep, sales manager, and service rep were professionally helpful. I genuinely thought I misplaced it, but had to report it as all the places I could think to locate the phone were exhausted with no luck. As a last resort leaving the dealership I thought..," what about the showroom." Phone ended up being dropped in one of the showroom cars. 4. Service representative offered to clean car. 5. Detailed PRINTED list of maintenance that I know I need and likely need because of the mileage on my car. Thank you for 12/31 experience. Much appreciated. Happy New Year

Ms. Cassandra is my favorite service provider and provides excellent customer service!! She really values her customers's time and keeps you abreast about what's going on with your vehicle. The only issue that I have is with time that it takes the technicians to perform an oil change. I scheduled online an 8:15 appointment. I arrived early, but I didn't leave until 10:30. That's way too much time for an oil change. I didn't mention this to Ms. Cassandra!
