Marshun was very polite and courteous as always.

My entire experience was like nothing I could’ve imagined. Everything about it was excellent! Tenecia was by far the best service advisor I’ve ever encountered. She was not only polite professional and pleasant, but very knowledgeable. My initial appointment was scheduled for 9am the weekend of Christmas and unfortunately, my car wouldn’t start. I called and spoke with Tenecia to explain I would need to move my appointment until I could get my car towed. She immediately took care of everything with roadside assistance, and moving my appointment to allow my car to be towed. Long story short, my car was taking care of as she promised! My inspection was done in a timely manner and my car repaired within 2 hours as she said it would be. I had the pleasure of meeting her when I picked up my car. I was so pleased to meet the person responsible for taking care of me and my car. Tenecia is such a delight!!! You guys should be proud of her excellent work ethics and outstanding customer service!!!
