As always customer service was excellent. Mildred was my service representative and she was awesome. She took good care of me and explained my services and recommendations. She made sure I left satisfied and that my vehicle was returned to me in to tier shape. I am always treated with top tier service at this Stonecrest location and I only get my vehicle serviced here. Customer service is always amazing. Keep up the great work.

Well, our Kia Sedona van 2009 with 155,000 miles broke down in Georgia on June 7. It was a Friday afternoon and we were just starting our vacation. This could not have happened at the most an opportune time initially our van was checked out by another Business Firestone, but I had our van towed to Nally Kia because our engine had locked up my credit was great, but my finances was really not at a place to purchase a vehicle so we went with a Kia Sorrento. I probably should’ve went with a Telluride but that was even more out of my price range. Dennis and Harold took good care of us and got us back on the road.
