The service was great!

I purchased a 2015Kia Optima through my credit union. After a week I here a loud boom in the front end. Contacted Kia of America roadside assistance. I was directed to Nalley Kia in Stonecreast. I was received and my car was in the shop in a short period of time. The problem was found (a caliper bolt) and fixed promptly. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. And I received a check list of service that needs to be addressed in the near future. Totally satisfied.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service and treatment!

My experience is always great in the customer service department. Cassandra does an amazing job with customer service. And makes me feel welcome. While waiting she uses text to keep me abreast of the progress of my service. U
