My most recent visit to Nalley Kia of Lithonia was excellent. The service manager and service consultant were very professional. They were aware of my service needs to my 2018 Optima Lx to keep it in good condition and offered specials that were available. Also, pointed out certain maintenance that my vehicle needed to extend the life of the car. Thanks again to the Nalley Kia family for making my visit an A- 1 visit. Franklin Thornton

The service was fine except I knew I had a faulty battery and the initial test result said it was good. When asked to check it again it proved to be bad. This made me question what else was incorrect in the report.

People at the service counter were prompt and friendly. I had a 7:30AM appointment got there at 7. There were 2 cars ahead of me i still had to wait 2 1/2 hours. I left there at 9:30. That is the pnly complaint i have. Every time i go there it is akways at least a 2 hour wait. It would be nice if you would ser up a separate quicker oil chanf service.
