Great customer service from Cassandra Lewis!

My visit at Nalley Kia was awesome. Let me first add that I did not purchase my 17 Optima at this location but I brought my vehicle in for a synthetic oil change that they were advertising for $14 for the month of October. The staff was very nice & welcoming. They offer complimentary snacks during your wait. The staff also kept me update about what was being done. They fixed 2 recalls on my vehicle that I had know knowledge of. I was in & out within an hour and thirty minutes. The staff also walks you to your vehicle once your done. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend this dealership.

Overall experience was good, didn't like the way Cassandra was speaking with newly hired associate about a problem he had no control over.

Work was completed in a timely manner and efficiently.

She explained everything, she was attentive and friendly and explained everything they wanted me to do that was additional service that I did not come in for, she was great to work with !!!

I arrived at KIA early afternoon. I waited a few hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I did not have an appointment so I was just glad they were able to take care of me on such a busy day. I had free WiFi and I was offered bottled water, popcorn and coffee/hot cocoa. After everything was done, my car was pulled around to me. I even received a complementary car wash with my visit. I’m glad I have my car back!!
