I bought my car in for my 5000 mile multipoint check. I also wanted them to check why my panic alarm keeps going off so I bought my car back the next week and dropped off. Angie was not in she was out sick so Ronnie waited on me. The first day they did not hear the alarm so they kept it another day and they heard the alarm. They figured out there was a sensor that was causing the problem because someone hit my car and jarred my hood loose. Anyway the problem was fixed in 4 days. The only suggestion I would make is the follow-up on calling customers back could improve. I had to call and leave messages to get some feedback on the status of my car. I know your department is very busy. I sat in there waiting on my car one day for 4 hours and I see the traffic and the phone calls. Thank you for a job well done.
