Exceptional! I was in and out I’m not time! I appreciate the genuine care I was given

The staff was very friendly. I had access to refreshments and shuttle while i waited on my vehicle to be finished. I had access to WiFi as well. Overall great experience.

My car salesman Darius was awesome. During the negotiation process he made sure my needs came first. He added humor to the day as well. Very exceptional person and I’m glad he helped me close a my new vehicle.

I was greeted by Marquis, a new young employee at Kia. He made the experience exceptionl!!! He went above and beyond and I found his professionalism refreshing since this is usually a trait lost on younger workers these days. He was also informative and told me impressive information about other services offered. This is my preferred dealership and I feel it is even better with him on board. The mechanics serviced my car and it rides smoother as a result. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
