The service is always great here however it is taking longer and longer to get the work done. It is clear that the call center over books appointments causing guests to have to wait.

I like Kia service to a certain point. Wait time is still long and the price on small items are not reasonable but that's dealership price for you. I will still come to Kia for major services. Thank you and God bless.

Everything was great, including the price. I had always heard people say, "oh, don't take your car to the dealer for repairs cause it will cost to much" and believed them, but you guys have shown me those people were wrong. Each time we have been to you guys service center we have been very pleased with the overall experience.

This location has good customer service and kept me well informed with the progress of my vehicles repair. I enjoyed the attentive staff and amenities such as beverages and lounge area for waiting.
