START WAS VERY NICE GREETED AS I EENTERED MS. CASSANDRA WAS WONDRFUL ARRIVED AROUND 8 CASSANDRA ASSURED ME I WOULD BE READY SOON THAT WAS AROUN 10.30 SHE CAME BACK ND APPOLOZIED FOR THE LONG WAIT SHE ASSURED ME I WOULD BE READY SOON SHE EXPLAINED THEY WERE A LITTLE SHORT ON HELP THI MON MORNING SHE REALLY SAYED ONTOP OF THINGS.
