I wanted to get in and get out since I made an appointment. That did not happen but I still felt like I did not wait that long.The one thing I can say I did not like about the service is the suggested sales. Some of these things I really don't need on my car but the service department thought it was informative to let me know I needed these things.

My servicing was done in a timely manner. The staff was very professional and the waiting area was clean and comfortable . I was offered transportation within 10 miles if I needed it, along with popcorn and water.

My vehicles was taken in shortly after I checked. The service was quick and done correctly, with a nice and friendly staff. My only complaint was that my car was done for over 30 minutes before they called me to check out. Would be nice if there was a better way to check people out after their car was done and get them on their way.
