Only complaint is the correspondence with text messages in which service is confirmed or deferred needs to be updated or worked on. I confirmed on 3 services via text, only got one but was in a rush and could not get the others so I wasn’t charged for them.

I experienced excellent customer service at this location . I was able to drop off my car immediately and cassandra handle all my concerns. I was offered refreshments and a snack if I wanted any. And I was even given a shuttle ride from the Nalley Kia and back when I want to pick up my car. Throughout the my car service cassandra kept me updated on all changes to my vehicle status. I plan on returning because my experience was so professional.
