The online pricing needs to be more clearer. I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. A price was listed for the oil change but nothing for the tire rotation. Because of this I was led to believe that the tire rotation was included at no charge. This was my first time having my car serviced with Nalley Kia. The service advisor couldn't explain why the online system did not provide a price for the tire rotation.

I was assisted immediately upon arrival, my wait was in ample time, I did utilize the amenities, transportation was offered, vehicle was ready in ample time, after service, it only took about 2-3 minutes to finish the paperwork, Ms. Lewis escorted me to my vehicle, vehicle was cleaned and completed in 1 hour with the service completed the first time, I would definitely recommend a friend to KIA dealership, your staff on 9-4-16 was excellent. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location.
