Great experience

Ms. Richardson was great at making sure my Kia was checked and notified me of the service and parts needed to correct the problem. I was also greeted by Mr. Beauford who seems to be a great salesman. Hopefully I'll be able to buy a new car from Nalley Kia in the future.

I had a great experience at Nalley Kia because of the associate Marshun’s customer service. When I first came through the door I was met with her smile and pleasant demeanor. She was honest about how long I would expect to wait on my vehicle being repaired. Not only did she offer me refreshments she offered me a ride service just in case I wanted to wait at home . Even though I opted to stay at Nalley Kia I appreciate it how accurate she was about how long that I would be there and I really loved that she gave me updates about my vehicle and offered a car wash 🧼. For my experience with Marshun I will definitely be coming back to Nalley Kia .
