Kayla was great . The only negative thing I have to say about the experience as a whole is the wait time . Even with scheduling an appointment for 7AM I still waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes . Iā€™m not sure what the purpose of an appointment is when you have to wait that long .

Your performance was very good but I have a problem with my Kio Rio that I received an answer to but I question that conclusion. I change my oil every 1500 miles because the oil turns black starting about 1000 miles. I afraid that situation will limit the life of the engine. Service supervisors will not return my call. Please help me. Thank you! Richard Kelley
