I was satisfy with Cassandra customer service care with me during the entire time. I definite would recommend her for any rewards or promotion with level of service she provided. However, on the other hand in regards to the Service Manager Bill who did not call be back after reaching out to him in visiting the site along with call in to speaking with him regarding my issues. Nevertheless, it is very poor for an associate like Cassandra to give better service and attendance to an customer than the manager. Perhaps he needs to go for a sensitive and customer training. I was taken care of in a timely manner and all my needs were met. My problem was solved in a genuine manner. I was told about all of the accommodations that were available during my visit.
