Friendly, informational service staff. Great data coordination using text. Comfortable, convenient waiting area. Free shuttle service vs waiting within 10 mile radius. Very generous! Waits are long. Service area is tight and drive up confusing for new customers, both outside for parking and inside at the desks.

Need a better way for customers to line up inside for service to ensure the next waiting customer is serviced before taking someone that just walked in the door.
