It would have been excellent but my wait time was too long because my Rep forgot about me. He then asked me if I wanted a car wash which took up more of my time. Thanks

I was late for my appointment and they still serviced my car right away. I love that they have popcorn, water, coffee, etc that you can enjoy while waiting. I had a nice hit chocolate while I waited. They even offer you a ride in a 10 mile radius while you wait. Great staff! Oh. Almost forgot to mention that I did not have any coupons and the service clerk ended up going out of her way to find me a coupon which ended up taking $10 off my service.

My advisor was great but the person who worked in my car did. It complete a CSR so I had to wait longer than expected when I came to pick up my car.
