Service was good.i had a factory recall o 2015 Kia Optima. ENGINE replacement. SERVICE ADVISOR Marshon was very professional during entire process i.e securing loaner car during the 3 week wait for deliverment to be shipped and installed Exceeded my expectations .

They always greet you soon as you walk in and tell you the amenities they have while you wait. They have outstanding customer service by being helpful in explaining things about your car and answering questions that you may have.
