I took my Sorento for an oil change and to find out why my check engine light was on. Although I was there for most of the day, my consultant did periodic checks to make sure I was ok and knew what was happening with my car.

Your Customer Service Representative, Cassandra Lewis, is the best thing you got going for Nalley Kia at Stonecrest. She's polite, diligent, sincere and strives to make each visit a pleasurable experience. The other customer representatives can learn much from her they only open up their eyes, watch & observe. If she is not there on any given day I come I am extremely hesitant about staying to get service. She definitely needs a raise!

the customer service representative was outstanding but each time I have made a service appointment I have had to wait over 30 minuets before some one starts work on my vehicle. This has also happened on previous time I have made a appointment
