I had an oil change done on my 2002 Kia Spectra. From the drop off of my vehicle to the completion of service, all hands were on deck. The work was done in a timely manner. Everyone was professional. Then I received a text message providing the recommended services they noticed after the inspection. That was a bonus point. I declined, and had it done at Firestone because of a lifetime warranty. You guys are the BEST! Thank you....

My trip took a couple of hours however, I had several service needs. My advisor made sure I knew about all the amenities available to me . He kept me informed & was polite.
