The service was great, the only thing I would recommend is the way you get checked in upon arrival. A VERY long line, no one greets you outside like at other Kia dealerships. Then once I got inside there was another LONg line to get to the service person. All together it took an additional 30 minutes passed my appointment time.

Service was a recall. It took about 3 hours and I had an appt. Although, it was in a Saturday. Staff very friendly. Thankful for the shuttle that took me to the Mall. It helped with the wait.

I arrived for my service appointment and was checked in. I decided to leave my car with the service tech and go about my day. I was asked if I wanted the complimentary wash, but when I checked out it was realized the car wasn't washed. No worries, and I was encouraged to bring the car anytime for a wash. Overall, my experience has always been excellent. I appreciate it very much!
