I am always pleased when I deal with Cassandra when I come to the service department.

The service was great, the only thing I would recommend is the way you get checked in upon arrival. A VERY long line, no one greets you outside like at other Kia dealerships. Then once I got inside there was another LONg line to get to the service person. All together it took an additional 30 minutes passed my appointment time.

Nalley Kia was professional. they treated me like family. They made sure I was satisfied with the service I received. They kept me informed about the service I was receiving.

Service was a recall. It took about 3 hours and I had an appt. Although, it was in a Saturday. Staff very friendly. Thankful for the shuttle that took me to the Mall. It helped with the wait.

I was taken on time for my apt. I was kept informed on the progress of completion of my repair.

I arrived for my service appointment and was checked in. I decided to leave my car with the service tech and go about my day. I was asked if I wanted the complimentary wash, but when I checked out it was realized the car wasn't washed. No worries, and I was encouraged to bring the car anytime for a wash. Overall, my experience has always been excellent. I appreciate it very much!
