Cassandra was a great receptionist, very friendly. Then there was Sterling he was extremely patient. Nalley Kia has very very great skills in putting together their staff.

Great Customer Service

We are passing thru Ga when we had a problem with our left rear tire. When we arrived we where told it would be an 1 1/2 hours. It took over 2 1/2 hours. You did. It have a courtesy van so where unable to find a place to go get lunch. The personal where all very professional and the out come was better than we had hoped for.
