Great Experience, especially having Cassandra as agent. She’s very professional, gracious and cordial. She makes the visit for car repair bearable.

I didn't have an appointment but Vershaun Kohn made sure to fit me in and got me out in a timely manner. He also recommended services that I needed and I was able to get that taken care of as well. I've had appointments before and stayed longer. He kept me updated and made sure I understood all the amenities available for me. Best service ever!

The service was great just didn't have water to wash the car.

I had an oil change and tires rotated. I also reported having trouble with my bluetooth. I was very happy with the maintenance, but, the Tech stated thst all phones are not compatible with the bluetooth depending on the version. I asked to speak to him because he had not talkef to me to see exactly whst tbe issue was. When he came out, he started to explain and I told him that I rather he said that he didn't know what was wrong and he threw his hands up and said ' I am not doing this 'and walked away. I was shocked. I found the salesman that had sold me my last 2 cats and he helped me. Problem solved. Because of him, I should give 5 stars, but, one rotten apple spoiled the bushel.

The staff there was so pleasant and it was a fairly quick process. They found exactly what I was looking for and for a good price I left with a brand new car within 3 hours of my time there. Thankyou so much Yasmine Cherry and the manager there you guys made my year!
