My service was great BUT I found out that my service plan I purchased with my car doesn’t cover alignments. I Specifically asked if the gold plan covered alignments because the plan I had with my 2017 optima did not and he assured me the gold plan covered that too. That was not the service departments fault but it was still frustrating
