As always.....Nalley Kia makes me happy even when something has gone wrong with my Kia Soul! The tire alert signal had come on, so I came straight to Nalley Kia and the great mechanics found a large screw in my tire and fixed it within an hour!! I usually have the assistance of Marlon, but since he had the day off, a young lady (Marshan?) was very, very helpful and got my problem solved! Thanks once again....Wanda Stewart

This was my first service visit for my 2018 Kia Soul. I was greeted in a timely manner . MarShaun was polite and knew her job. Very accommodating. She gave me a time and on the dot my car was ready! Thanks for making my service visit great!
