I worked with Liz regarding potentially purchasing a new vehicle. She was great, was on time for our appointment, very professional, and although I ultimately decided to not go through with the purchase at that time she made the process very simple and I will definitely ask for her when I do inevitably decide to upgrade. I had an appt to have my car serviced at the same time, and the only reason I gave four stars instead of 5 is because I was there for over two hours and this was still not enough time for them to complete all of my services, so I will need to have them finished a different day. I have had my car serviced here before and am hopeful that this will be a on off situation. Marshun was great in the service department as well, I have not had an unpleasant experience with any of the personnel.

The service personnel went great booking my appoibtment and checking me in. My only issue from my service visit was my appt was at 8am. But my car was not taken into the shop until 930! Therfore, almost 2 addional hours were added to my visit. However, the 2 recall items and oil change were addressed to my satisfaction.

I had a coupon but no appointment. However, they were still able to accommodate me in spite of having others before me. Thanks, Nalley
