I made an online appointment, was taken in on time. Everything went smoothly; everyone was cordial and knowledgeable. Glad you installed another counter because last time I was there I left (even though I had made an appointment) because there was more work than the staff could handle and my projected wait was minimally going to be 4 hours for routine maintenance.
