I feel in was attended to immediately; however, I dont feel the technician or professional had knowledge that I had been In there for the very same problem before. I'm driving with worry that the same thing will happen again.

My recent experience at Nally kia was a very pleasant one. I was treated as if I was one of your most valued customers. I was offered every available service and amenity while waiting on my service to be completed. all the service personnel were very professional and respectful. If I could make one upgrade to the dealership it would be to add pastries as one of the amenities to the customer service area.
