My service experience was Great. Marshawn was my point of contact and she was excellent. everyone greeted me when i entered the door. Marshawn went over everything the technicians suggested!!! infelt really confident!!! i would have given you all 5 stars if my car would have gotten washed. ☹ Other than tht oversight My Nally Kia experience was awesome exceeded my expectations!!!
