The service is always on point. I went in for an oil change and had some questions regarding the news media concerning the outbreak of fires on the Sorentos and Souls. I had face time with the Facility Manager as well as the Service Manager. They both put my mind at ease. My only other concern was the wait-time (approx. 2 hours). It was a Saturday and those who still work have no choice. As a retiree, I will make my appointments on a day in the middle of the week. Keep up the good work and I will keep giving you my business.
