Jay was amazing. We have had many different challenges with this kia when it comes to service, front communication to just rude and not helpful but Jay made all the difference. He was polite and professional. He kept us updated and was very detailed. This experience from Jay saved us from leaving this kia for good. Thank you Jay for setting the standard. The service was so great we had to stop and tell the manager how awesome it was

Nalley Kia too my 2020 Niro EV Platnum for an error message I was getting on my console. The problem was assess and fixed. The EV Technician was very thorough and explained the root cause and solution

Easy process, the person who helped me was very kind and answered all my questions. She had excellent customer service 10/10. I forgot her name but it started with a J and she was short but thank you so much for your assistance.
