I was greeted as soon as I entered the building and was kept up to date as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced.

Jay was amazing. We have had many different challenges with this kia when it comes to service, front communication to just rude and not helpful but Jay made all the difference. He was polite and professional. He kept us updated and was very detailed. This experience from Jay saved us from leaving this kia for good. Thank you Jay for setting the standard. The service was so great we had to stop and tell the manager how awesome it was
