Everything was fine except they didn’t turn off the “service needed indicator” and now I have to break out the manual and figure out how to do it. I also asks for a car wash and didn’t receive it….

The Service Advisor Jahlisa was very accommodating and helpful. I was very very pleased that a complimentary Lyft ride was offered. The work was completed quickly and satisfactorily.

Something went wrong with the diagnostic and the same problem still exist. So I call and spoke with the service manager Kristen Beswick and she ask me to give her a chance to resloved the problem. So I meet with her the next day and she got involve and the problem was fix thanks Kia of stone mtn for a service manager like Kristen to go above and beyond her duties.

As soon as I walked in, everyone was very pleasant and friendly, especially the representative I worked with.
