My car was in the service center for 3 days and I keep having to call in for updates. I wish the service person Angela called me to let me know my cars status but overall the service was good. Angela took care of me when I did speak with her. My car is running great.

Each time I visit the Kia Nalley dealership I’m greeted by a pleasant customer service representative who is always friendly and professional. My concerns are always taken seriously and the feedback is always helpful.

I scheduled online and was unable to select advisor. When I arrived I was met with a clipboard and a person who guided me to an advisor and didn’t give me opportunity to goto the person I normally goto. I get my car back, go out the next morning and my car is leaking oil and making a grinding noise it wasn’t making before service. I take it back and the advisor tells me she will try to get my car back to me same day and it’s a Saturday so I had to tell her I have to goto work Monday. I did get car back same day but it was inconvenient and I would have preferred having option of selecting advisor when scheduling the service.
