I'm been visiting Nalley Kia Stonecrest since 2016 and they always have amazing customer service. My car had been having issues for a while and I kept bring it back to them to get it fixed and my engine ended up going out on me. And with my track record of keeping up with my vehicle and taking it to Kia they were able to go above and beyond to get me a new engine. I really appreciate what they do.

The team at Nalley were very attentive and customer-oriented. I never felt rush or pressured, which made me want to give them my business. After the purchased, they worked with me to make sure everything was to my liking. I worked with Jamaari as well as John the Sales Manager. Harold Lewis in Finance walked me through the paperwork.

My car was towed into Nalley Kia Jan.20,2024 after flashing engine lights came on and car drove about 40 Miles per hr...solid engine lights had came on back in Dec.2023 ,after taking car to Nalley Kia....was told problem was corrected ,after spending over $300.00 However,less than month later lights flashing. Car was in shop from Jan.20 to today,March 20.Service Advisor,Christian ,was very helpful and professional and kept me informed of progress.
