My car was towed into Nalley Kia Jan.20,2024 after flashing engine lights came on and car drove about 40 Miles per hr...solid engine lights had came on back in Dec.2023 ,after taking car to Nalley Kia....was told problem was corrected ,after spending over $300.00However,less than month later lights flashing.Car was in shop from Jan.20 to today,March 20.Service Advisor,Christian ,was very helpful and professional and kept me informed of progress.

I was there early and they got me out within an hour which has never happened before.

My experience was good but the wait, even with an appointment was long.

I appreciate the followup until the job was complete.

I had a great experience with learning knew things about the car though I had done my own research. Speaking with people over the phone gave information, and Al was easy to work with. I expected to spend more time at the dealership, but it was a smooth day!
