As usual Ms. Angela was amazing. Very helpful. She advised me of what services I had available under my warranty. She let me know how this were progressing. She is always so sweet and fun to talk with. She shows really excellent customer service. I will always go to her.

It was a GREAT experience! My vehicle was in repair for two months due to my check engine light would not come off the dashboard. Chris was my mechanic and he worked on my vehicle persistently until he resolved the issue. He also, worked close with the extended warranty company allowing them to contribute their part of the cost without reservation. My vehicle caseworker was Mildred, she was on point. She kept me on noticed whenever she received updates. She also, worked close with the extended warranty company keeping them on task when it came to the figures. There were other people who also helped along the way that contributed to my GREAT experience!! Thank you Nalley Kia you are the BEST!! Oh yeah, they also allowed me to use a vehicle loaner while my vehicle was out of service. Yah!!!
