It was a GREAT experience! My vehicle was in repair for two months due to my check engine light would not come off the dashboard. Chris was my mechanic and he worked on my vehicle persistently until he resolved the issue. He also, worked close with the extended warranty company allowing them to contribute their part of the cost without reservation. My vehicle caseworker was Mildred, she was on point. She kept me on noticed whenever she received updates. She also, worked close with the extended warranty company keeping them on task when it came to the figures. There were other people who also helped along the way that contributed to my GREAT experience!! Thank you Nalley Kia you are the BEST!! Oh yeah, they also allowed me to use a vehicle loaner while my vehicle was out of service. Yah!!!

Everyone was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I had to leave my car for Recalls and oil change. They provided me a Lyft home and return.

Only issue I had is that some things were not done as promised and wasn’t told that my driver’s side headlight was blown! Otherwise a great experience!

My experience was okay. It just takes a very long time to do an oil change, especially when you have an appointment. Other than that, everyone was very kind and very helpful 😊
