Service was prompt. We had already done our homework and knew exactly what we wanted. They pulled it out for us and showed us everything about the beautiful vehicle. Marcus and the team are amazing! We are pleased with everything.

Process was quick and easy

Angela Jackson is very knowledgeable in what she does and that is why I always schedule my appts with her because I trust her. I showed her pictures of the condensation in my headlights. She explained that was normal and how to clear it when it happens again. She always recommends and explain the services that are needed/required based on my mileage.

Young lady that assisted me was outstanding

Mildred Reid was my contact person and she was very pleasant, friendly and cheerful. Above and beyond my normal oil change & tire rotation, the safety inspection revealed that I needed new tires (even though they looked okay) because they were old and the rubber was rotting. Mildred explained all of it and why the appointment would take longer as a result.
